Dimsum - Shumai by Maygreen Dimsum - Shumai by Maygreen
Siomay, Shumai, ShaoMai, perhaps the most well known and most available variant of dimsum. They are sold everywhere from Dimsum specialty dining, noodle shop (especially Chinese style noodle shop with pork) to street vendor. My favorite meat filling is pork, but they can be also made from chicken, fish, or shrimp, and sometimes with a mix of mushroom. The orange decoration on the top could use crab roe or carrot shreds.
